1. Non-Refundable Fees

All fees paid towards training programs conducted by Excelgoodies Software Private Limited are strictly non-refundable. Once enrollment and payment are completed, no request for refund, partial or full, will be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, non-attendance, or inability to participate in the training program for personal, professional, or technical reasons.

2. Non-Transferability of Enrollment

Enrollment is non-transferable. Requests for transferring registration to another individual, program, or future batch will not be permitted. Each registration is deemed valid only for the batch and schedule initially confirmed at the time of payment.

3. Participant Responsibility

Participants are advised to review all program details, prerequisites, schedules, and course objectives prior to enrollment. By completing the registration and payment process, the participant acknowledges acceptance of this Refund and Batch Transfer Policy in full.

4. Exceptions

No exceptions will be made to the above policy. The organization reserves the right to modify or cancel training sessions under exceptional circumstances; in such cases, appropriate communication and alternatives will be provided at the sole discretion of Excelgoodies Software Private Limited.
